Faith & Education Ministry Scholarship Program

The Calvin O. Butts III Community Scholarship honors the legacy of Dr. Calvin O. Butts III by investing in the next generation of leaders. The scholarship supports graduating high school seniors from Harlem’s Community District 5 who have been accepted to an accredited HBCU and demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, and a commitment to community service. Applicants are encouraged to share their story, future goals, and the impact they have made in their communities.

Unexpected financial gaps can delay or disrupt a student’s ability to begin or continue their education. The Abyssinian S Bridge Funding Support is designed to provide timely assistance to students who need additional help to remain on track academically.
