CHL: Mother’s Check-Up

Calling all mothers! Take time for you—to breathe, to move, and to be cared for. Join us for a joyful wellness event designed to honor the energy, love, and strength you give every day. Start your morning with a spirited dance class to release stress, boost your energy, and reconnect with joy.

While you move, we invite you to check in with the nurse for quick, confidential wellness screenings and a moment of one-on-one care.

Movement is more than exercise—it’s self-care in motion. Even a few minutes of joyful movement can ease your mind, uplift your spirit, and remind you that you are more than what you do—you are worthy of care, too.

This event is free and open to all mothers and caregivers. Children are welcome! Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and supported.
